First off this product HELPED me to lose 3kg of fat per week, thats right 3kgs. that equates to 27,000 kcals of body fat. additionally i maintained my body mass (weight excluding fat). i would reccommend this product to anyone but remember this is not 'pop a pill and wait', this product can have side effects if you do not use it responsibly.
