Put a bit of metal in your life or should I say put a bit of metal in your stomach. I am referring to Zinc, which is a very important mineral and yet is so very underestimated. This is probably due to the lack of public knowledge to its importance and many benefits to our sustained health. Good sources of zinc are red meat, chicken, fish and seafood. The reason why I have zinc is rather an odd one. I was looking around Boots, stocking up on a few essentials. I had a cold, and I wanted some Vitamin C (see my Vitamin C review) and some tissues etc., but I also felt, for some reason like trying out one of the other pretty coloured boxes that lined the shelves of the vitamins and minerals section.
