Lockets Cough Sweets ... have been using the Lockets throat sweets for about a week on and off because I have had a sore throat. The type of Lockets that I have been buying are the Honey and Lemon and these are in a yellow packet. The packet cost me about 80 pence from my local newsagent shop and I only buy this type of Lockets throat sweets because there are no other flavours in the shop. Each of the Lockets sweets has its own wrapper and these protect the sweets until you want to eat them. I think that the sweets get very sticky though and I think that the wrapper sometime sticks to the sweetie which is a bit annoying when other types of lozenge do not have this problem. Tiger Balm ... Balm Description: For the relief of muscular pains. Contains no animal products & is not tested on animals. Right now, Amazon are selling 18g tubs of Tiger Balm for just £0.01 so if you are a fan then you need to get yourself on there and use some of your Dooyoo miles! I first discovered Tiger Balm in Thailand and have been a big fan ever since. I use if for muscle aches and also headaches and swear by it. You can buy a red or a white version of this ointment. Boots Alternatives Arnica Bruise Relief ... is a fascinating product. I first heard about it when playing football I picked up a bang on the leg, which resulted in a huge bruise about the size of my whole thigh muscle. My manager at the time advised that I apply some Arnica cream to the bruise as this would help to speed up the healing process. I have to admit that I was extremely dubious and sceptical, but I did as I was told anyway. I have to say that I was astounded by the results, as the bruise developed very quickly, much quicker than if nature was left to her own devices and then healed in no time at all.
