4head Headache Relief: ... think this is the best thing ever for headaches! I am a constant pill popper- or I was till I found out that constant pill popping could affect your liver and mean you could need a transplant when your older- this scared me, at one point to excape headaches I was taking the maximum amount of paracetamol a day to knock out my headache. 	Daktarin ... bought 30g of Daktarin dual action cream from Boots and it cost £4.25 - well actually cost nothing as I used my Boots Advantage Card. I won t go into detail but felt sure that it was athlete s foot I was suffering from - you know - all that itching between the toes..... Well, after ten days I can honestly say there is a great improvement and have not used any other product so I need to thank Daktarin. The tube is a handy size the packaging is predominantly yellow with blue and red and a picture of a blue foot so cannot really be missed! 	Beechams Night / Day Nurse ... are a fantastic company when it comes to making cold and flu medication and are a brand i trust and rely on regularly. they are a little more expensive but are worth the extra money for the reliefe they dring during your illness. Last week my daughter brought a cold home from school and passed it on to me as usuall, i saw these in the chemist and thought i would try them as they have both the day and night capsules in one box so i didnt have to buy two seperate medications. 	Anthisan Cream ... bought a tube of Anthisan a while ago when I was attempting to get rid of the anti-histamine tablets I use and have used for years. The cream itself is an anti-histamine cream so I thought I could perhaps use this instead so I wasn t taking a tablet every day. I suffer from long-term urticaria which is intensely ithy and burns like crazy, it s not called nettle rash for nothing! I applied the cream to a patch and it calmed it down, then to another patch and it also calmed that down but then the patches just kept appearing in different places so I realised it wasn t going to be suitable for me as I d need to shower in the stuff to keep the rash at bay.
