Advantages: No pills

Disadvantages: Doesn't always work for me, a bit expensive.

This product is designed for those who don't want to, or don't like taking pain killers. Or like myself was pregnant and didn't want to risk taking anything. I like all things natural, I don't like adding artifical things to my body, such as painkillers, however, there are times when you do need to relieve the pain and this is an ideal answer.

It contains 100% Levomenthol which produces a cold effect by relaxing local blood vessels, it also creates an analgesic effect. Apparently this reduces sensitivity to pain and can help relax you. Getting rid of a headache. I found it worked some of the time, but not all of the time.

It cost between £6 - £7 which seems a bit expensive, but for that you get about 100 applications. So it works out value for money. You can buy it at most supermarkets and chemists.

Summary: good value for headaches

Haven't tried this (the price has always put me off)but was interested to read your comments. I think it would only relieve mild headaches. Must say I am very sceptical and don't intend to shell out that much money for something that sounds so hit and miss!

Havent tried this, but sounds like a good alternative to popping pills
