I first decided to give this a try after seeing an advertisement on the TV and my friend recommended it to me also. From time to time I suffer from really bad headaches, and even though I take strong painkillers, sometimes it is just too bad that nothing seems to shift it. I don't like taking lots of pills, but I don't want to put up with the pain.

As soon as you apply it to your forehead you can feel a tingly sensation, and a soothing feeling to your headache. It smells like Vics vapour rub and in the same way that vapour rub helps you breathe more easily, clearing out your nose, 4head does the same to your head. It can feel quite strange the first time you use it, and it feels cold, but you will soon feel the benefits.

If I have a mild headache, sometimes using this alone will get rid of it, but if I have a real bad headache, I will take tablets and use this as a top up. It may not cure it straight away, but it definitely eases the tension, and in some ways I find it more effective than tablets, because it's as if you can actually feel it working.

If you don't like the smell of vapour rub or similar products then this is not for you, but for headache sufferers this is a must have product.

It's a small tube of 3.6g so it's really handy to keep in your bag or pocket and easier to apply rather than fiddling about with pills and water if you are out and about. I have had mine for about 3 years now and there's still loads left as you don't need to use much each time you apply it.
