Get rid of headaches the natural way! (4head Headache Relief)

Last year, I began to suffer from headaches on a regular basis. These were stress-related and could be quite intense and painful. As taking painkillers on pretty much a daily basis is neither desirable or recommended, I was keen to try 4head to see if it could solve my problems in a more natural way.

The product comes in a tube with a stick that you twist upwards so that the product can be applied to your forehead. The stick is quite strong-smelling and smells to me of menthol. When I apply the product to my forehead, it starts to tingle immediately. The accompanying instruction leaflet states that this occurs because of the local skin sensation qualities of the product so I presume that this is an addiction that it is starting to get to work, but if you have the kind of headache that requires you to apply the product right across your forehead, it could be quite off-putting. Do not apply too much of the product of your forehead or the tingling could be quite extreme. I was a bit too enthusiastic on my first application and this happened to me, so I speak from some experience on that one!

The product works quite well for me for headaches that are relatively minor, but it had no real effect for me for the more intense headaches. For those, I had no choice but to resort to painkillers.

Possible downsides include contact dermatitis (if the levomenthol contained in the product does not agree with you), although this has not happened to me personally.
