I used to be headache prone, and every week I'd always have one that would drive me up the wall. Now with my trusty '4head' stick I can keep them at bay and carry one with my day without a headache getting in the way! Whether it is intended or not, I've actually noticed my headaches are less frequent, so it just gets better and better!

What I thinks great about this product is it's handy pocket size feature. Females, drop one in your handbag and you'll always have it when you need it, and guys pop it in your pocket, don't be embarrassed to have it on you, remember you are probably the only one that will be diving into your pockets so no one will know! Once you get over how cool the size is, and marvel at who thought up such a good product design, you'll be wowed by what this product actually does.

Once the cap is removed, which ensures your stick is always clean, you simply rub the stick over the area of your head that is aching. It's got a great, easy to use, swivel knob at the bottom, similar to a glue stick to you can ensure that their is enough to wipe across your head. I think one or two wipes is adequate, but of course it depends on the severity of the headache and where it is; across you forehead and you'll just need a wipe, but if it's by your temples then a few continuous circular motions will do the trick. I used to get headaches here often, so I used the stick more, but it really lasts a long time. I'd say I buy about six over the year, maybe less, so once about every two/three months. Can't be bad if it does the trick!

You may notice a tingly feeling after applying the stick, and maybe a warmer sensation across the area, but this is just telling you that it is doing it's working. I'd hate to put a product like this and not get some sort of signal that was telling me it was working. This sensation doesn't usually last too long, maybe a minute, and after that your headache will start to reduce and eventually you won't notice that you haven't got a headache anymore. That's what is great about this product, it's fast acting and quite subtle so you can put it on and get on with others things without the constant thoughts about a painful headache.

The ingredients in this don't seem to be anything dangerous, after all it wouldn't be on the shelves if it were, but I will mention that it is 100% natural. This was really appealing, though not why I decided to go with the product, but it was a nice little incentive. I can have piece of mind when I use this which is great news!

Finally, you can find '4head' at most supermarkets, pharmacists and health stores, such as 'Boots' and 'Superdrug'. You can pick one up for about £5 - £6, which seems a lot, but if you are a headache sufferer then it's a must, and when it lasts so long then it doesn't seem so bad in the end.

I'd recommend this to everyone who has a headache problem, however minor, or major it is. A quick wipe is all it takes and the headache is soon gone. Get yourself into your local pharmacist and pick up a '4head' stick!
