I have been known to suffer from headaches from time to time, usually when under stress and because I suffer from a few health issues I am supposed to avoid Ibruprofen and the like. I was at work last year when I first was introduced to this product by a friend who suffers from lots of regular, painful, headaches. I saw her rubbing something across her forehead so I asked what it was and she explained what 4Head was to me.

4Head is available from Tesco, Boots and many other stores with a 3.6g tube setting you back anyway from £4.00-£5.50 depending on where you purchase it. This is currently on offer in Tesco reduced from £4.45 to £3.50 so I decided to purchase one in preparation for my current one to run out.

4Head is very simple to use, remove the cap, apply directly to your forehead and/or temples or wherever you feel it would work best to relieve a headache. It comes out clear when you rub it on your head and there is no film or greasy line left where you've been rubbing it as it soaks straight in. The active ingredient (and the only ingredient) is levomenthol which I have never heard of before but it's basically a menthol stick that helps to cool and numb the painful area.

I would recommend using a little first and seeing if this is enough as too much could make your eyes water intensely!

I have personally found this to be a godsend, it's quick and easy to apply, there is no mess left behind with only a menthol scent to make it obvious it has been used. It does relieve the symptoms of a headache within just a few minutes and I usually find this eases up more than enough to get back to day to day life and get on with whatever I was doing that was probably causing the headache in the first place! I am always impressed with how quick it works and I think it is absolutely fantastic value for money. I have had my little tube for around 1 year now and still have around half of it left.

I am going to rate this fantastic little menthol stick 5/5 as it's just brilliant and anyone who suffers from headaches should carry one of these round with them. They are small enough for glove boxes, handbags, purses and the like and I would be completely lost without mine!
