Throughout the years I have experienced unbelievable amounts of stress and depression which would always result in constant headaches and migraines. I took a couple of trips to the doctors every couple of months to ensure that it wasn't anything serious causing this, but it was just plain old stress induced headaches which wouldn't leave me alone!

Considering they were extremely regular; I haven't always been that keen on taking oral medication as I have never been reliant or confident with medication as I believe natural or alternative remedies are better; which is what attracted me to 4head! The fact that all that was necessary to rid myself of headaches was to apply this to my forehead and temple area (or wherever it hurts the most) and wait a couple of minutes for the cool, soothing effects to work.

It contains " levomenthol" which is an organic compound made synthetically or obtained from peppermint oils.

Each pot weighs 3.6 grams and costs on average £4 - £5 depending on where you purchase it from; which seems a little pricey for something so small; however it is worth absolutely every penny as it is a natural product which completely eliminates the need for pills and lasts a couple of months to a year (varying on how regular your head aches are. I find that I go through 2 a year at the most).

It is colourless so don't worry about staining your skin or clothes, it is also non greasy so you'll not experience an unpleasant oily feeling on your face. I suggested that my boyfriend tried it as he does not take any form of medication; unfortunately he was not a fan of it because of the tingling sensation 4head gives you. It isn't painful or uncomfortable in the slightest, it can just annoy a small proportion of people. I however totally have no problem with the tingling sensation, in fact I really enjoy it and find it therapeutic and relaxing and instantly relieves my headache.

It's even more enjoyable for me when I apply 4head on a cold day and it works even faster as the cold and the peppermint oils work together to cool down my head. Although the only down side to wearing 4head is that if you forget you've applied it and have your fingers anywhere near your forehead and touch your eyes - it will make your eyes constantly water so you will have to wash your eyes out if that happens. Also extremely windy conditions don't help as it blows the menthol aroma into your eyes as well.

But don't let that put you off as it really is an amazing product that provides instant relief with natural ingredients. You can find this in many stores throughout the UK such as asda, tesco, superdrug, boots, co operative, spa and so on. Anywhere that sells a relative amount of cosmetic products will most likely sell this item so it isn't hard to find at all.
