Every so often I get awful headaches. They are torture, feeling as though my head is being at once gripped in a vice and being kicked from the inside at the same time . Whilst generally paracetomol and other painkillers do work, they take some time to act, and when they wear off I'm usually reluctant to take more . Fairly recently, I ... Read the complete review

Yesterday I had the 'mother' of all headaches. I don't get them very often but after eating a substantial breakfast, lunch and dinner, I still had it last night. We didn't have any paracetamol in the cupboard and my husband tried to convince me to take a co-codamol. The reason I didn't is because I'm breast feeding and I wasn't sure if it would ... I recently bought a 4head stick from a local pharmacy for £6.49 after it being recommended by a friend. I do find I get headaches quite often but refuse to take medicines as I don't like to take too many unnatural remedies. The 4head stick contains 3.6 grams of product. As I said I don't like to take too many manufactured ... Read the complete review

The Product: A 3.6g 4Head stick looks a bit like a roll on deodorant or a Witch Stick (witch hazel skin treatment stick). It smells like chewing gum (menthol-y). I was sceptical of this at first, but bought some after my husband started getting recurrent headaches. There comes a point where you get tired of taking painkillers for ... Read the complete review

I have been known to suffer from headaches from time to time, usually when under stress and because I suffer from a few health issues I am supposed to avoid Ibruprofen and the like. I was at work last year when I first was introduced to this product by a friend who suffers from lots of regular, painful, headaches. I saw her rubbing something ... Read the complete review

I've been suffering from a few headaches lately that tablets just don't seem to shift. Never in my life have I gone to bed with a headache only to find it still there the next morning, and I was getting quite miserable. I guess I have been complaining quite a lot about it, because my mum popped over to present me with a 4head stick, ... Read the complete review

When I get a headache, I often feel like putting Deep Heat on my head. The pain feels like that would help, and I now have the closest thing possible: 4head. I read the recently crowned review of this and bough some that day. For 3.6g you are talking about £4.75 in Boots, so it's dead expensive, but anything is worth a go to get rid of ... Just recently I seem to have gone through a stage of getting headaches every other minute of the day, one minute I am fine and the next minute I feel like someone has just dropped a ton of bricks on my head and it is pounding with a headache, it doesn't help when things are really hectic in the office and you never get a minute to yourself, but I ... I used to be headache prone, and every week I'd always have one that would drive me up the wall. Now with my trusty '4head' stick I can keep them at bay and carry one with my day without a headache getting in the way! 4head - 3.6g - The Miracle cure to natural headache relief. I am always a bit suspicious when buying a new product, especially one that claims how brilliant it is, and natural without any prescription medication. However that is not how I was introduced to 4head. Sitting at my nan's one Sunday afternoon, I had a headache ... Read the complete review

Last year, I began to suffer from headaches on a regular basis. These were stress-related and could be quite intense and painful. As taking painkillers on pretty much a daily basis is neither desirable or recommended, I was keen to try 4head to see if it could solve my problems in a more natural way. The product comes in a tube with a ... Read the complete review

As I suffer quite frequently from tension headaches when I am at work, a colleague of mine suggested I use 4head, which is an alternative to taking tablets when you have a headache. I was dubious about this because I didn't understand how it worked, and I didn't think any alternative to tablets would work (particularly something that goes directly ... Read the complete review

I was pleased with this product. When I was pregnant I started suffering headaches and didn't want to keep popping pills and my husband came across this and bought it for me. I used it the first time and loved the tingling feeling it gave me across the head and after about half an hour my head had started to shift.
For a little 3.6g pot it cost about £5:00 but I thought that this was reasonable as it lasts along time.
It's a natural herbal headache treatment and I like the fact nothing is going in my body.
I always carry one around in my handbag. You spread it on over your forehead [not to close to your eyes!] and let the tingling feeling do it's job. You'll feel refreshed in no time.

My friend introduced me to 4head when I was pregnant with my son. As a lot of pregnant women do, I suffered with terrible headaches in the first trimester, this is due to the extra hormones and blood that are flowing around your body to care for the baby. When 4head first came out I was very interested in what was hailed as a natural headache remedy. I much prefer natural or herbal remedies to popping pills as I managed to end up in hospital with my stomach bleeding after taking aspirin on an empty stomach (I really don't recommend it). I would be quite a headachey person and also ... Read the complete review
