I love 4head because I think it is really soothing and so convenient and easy to use when a headache strikes. I tried the 4head strips as they were on offer at the time and I wanted to see if they were as good as the stick.

I have to say that I absolutely loved them but I just thought that they were too expensive when you consider that you only get 4 strips in a packet and they cost £4. For someone who gets a lot of migraines then these would work out really expensive to keep replacing and even for someone like me who doesn't suffer from headaches a lot they were more a treat than something I would buy often.

These work like a wet cool cloth on your forehead would do and you use them by peeling off the paper on the blue gel side of the strip and then sticking it to your forehead. They stick really well and you can immediately feel the cooling sensation coming from the gel part.

They gel has Levomenthol in it and you can feel the coolness and it really does feel similar to a wet cloth as even though the gel is dry it does give a sensation of dampness where it touches the skin. These are lovely and cooling and do wonders at relaxing me and soothing any bad heads that I have.

If I suffered from regular migraines then I personally would invest in these as although they are expensive they are so soothing and cooling that I would be willing to pay the money for them. I have also used them when I have had a fever from the cold and they were wonderful for this and really helped bring my temperature down and make me feel a bit better.

The coolness of them lasts for ages too and I had one on not that long ago when I had a fever and it lasted for hours and the gel didn't even feel less sticky and stuck to my forehead for the entire time. They say that they are supposed to stay cool for up to 6 hours but I think it was a little bit less than this and I think it was more like four hours but even then I think this is quite a long time.

I really liked these and would definitely buy them again but I would save them for only using those times when I had a really bad headache or else a fever as they are too expensive to use anytime a slight headache strikes.
