Kleenex Family Tissues ... Tissues are really good value as they are really soft and aren t far too expensive considering that it isn t really that much. They have certainly helped me when I have had colds, as without them my nose would be like Rudolph the red nose reindeer but with all tissues work best if you put them strait into the bin, which can t really be helped if you miss and are stuck in bed all day. The multiple packs also helps as we can then have a box for every room, so I don t have to run up and down the stair for tissues until they start running out. Deep Heat Fast Relief Rub ... bought this product after I had overdone it at the gym: my thighs and my back ached and I knew it was muscular. I bought this from boots for under £5 and think this is ok/average value. This product comes in cream form in a tube, its easy to carry around and easy to apply as its a white cream, you can see where its going. I applied this all over the areas I felt pain. I had to wait for about 15 minutes for it to settle in as it can feel quite greasy at first. It does dry quite well though and wont leave your skin too oily. Zirtek ... is a tiny little tablet that stops allergies in their tracks. Anti-histamines in general reduce the excessive histamine produced by the body when it preceives a threat that isn t really a threat. Great to have a dysfunctional immune system! But they vary wildly in their effectiveness of certain symptoms. Zirtek is well known for controlling in particular skin conditions. Urticaria is its speciality much to the relief of people who suffer.
