Beechams All In One ... s cold and flu season again and like half the population I have got the sniffles, a sore throat, blocked sinuses and pounding headache. My daughter came to me on Sunday night complaining of having a sore throat and when I told her to take paracetomol she said she could not swallow. I headed to the co-op to see what was on offer and ended up coming home with Beechams all in one liquid which cost £4.50 for an 160ml bottle. It looks like you are getting a big bottle of medicine but as each adult dose is 20ml of medicine then there is only 8 doses in a bottle, enough to last only two days if you take the maximum recommended dose. Beechams All In One ... I have a cough or a cold, which usually comes along in one form or another about three times a year with me, this is usually one of the main products that I reach for. It costs about £3-£4 a bottle depending on which supermarket you shop at and assists in combating all of the main symptoms that come with feeling run down such as a cough, headache, sore throat etc. You administer this by pouring the liquid from the bottle into the measuring cap provided with the bottle. Beechams Flu Plus Hot Lemon ... it s Autumn, someone in the family gets a cold. This time it was my boyfriend. A cold? Oh no, it was much worse than that! Man flu or swine flu, could easily have been either! So out came the Lemsips to replace the cups of tea. However, with only two sachets left, someone was going to have to go to the shop for more. As the other half was oh so ill, it was down to me. So I just grabbed something that looked like the usual Lemsips.
