I must say I was extremely sceptical about the idea that sticking a lighted probe up your nose a few times a day could help with hayfever. However, my antihistamines weren t working too well, and they were drying my eyes out (which is a problem as I wear contact lenses) so I was prepared to give it a try. I noticed a difference straight away! The first time I used it in the evening, I had a better night s sleep than I d had in ages, and woke up without a stuffy nose.
