	Panadol Advance Tablets ... Advance - 500mg Paracetamol Everybody gets ill or gets aches and pains occasionally, but which are the right paracetamol to buy, this specific product is a brand name and contains "opti zorb" formulation to make the absorbtion quicker. These tablets are good agaisnt headaches, muscle pain, aches & pains from flu and many others; they are also easy on the stomach. I can t really fault these tablets however you do only get 16 and trust me when i say they are expensive, the only reason i brought them before is because they were on offer. It took all the strength I had the day I went to Sainsbury s to get these trust me and all I knew is I wanted some really strong pain killers and to go back to bed and die quietly there! lol.
