Squeaky_knows Sainsbury's Sleep Aid Herbal Remedy: ... I really struggle to get a good nights sleep and have tried a range of different herbal products before such as Kalms or Nytol. However these products are quite expensive and I find they are a bit hit and miss as to whether they help me get to sleep or stay asleep. So this time I thought I would save a bit of money and get Sainsbury s own brand. For just under three pounds you get sixty sleep tablets packa...

I usually find the household tissues are used for cleaning spills and makeup more than blowing my nose as I tend to do this when in the bathroom anyway. These tissues are available from Sainsburys stores and www.sainsburys.co.uk for just 25p and this is an absolute bargain price. I have also been known to pick some up with damaged boxes for just 14p and this is an even bigger bargain so I normally stock up when I see a few at that price. The box is a basic cardboard box with an oval perforation on the top where a piec...

totallyextreme Sainsbury's Dispersible Aspirin 300mg Tablets
... After completing my usual sunday session in the gym yesterday, i noticed that i had completely knocked my neck out of kilter! Only being able to see to the right and look down and not up! Obviously, this was not good, especially as i had a big night lined up with friends at University. Therefore, i thought that getting some aspirin down me had to be the best option. I popped to the local Sainsburys, where i found this product. The product - The box contains 16 aspirin tablets and is part of the Sainsburys range. I had used a variety of different painkillers from supermarkets before, and therefore did not hold out much hope of any effective pain relief. The p...

xxfoxyredxx Sainsbury's Ibuprofen Tablets
... late I ve been getting alot of muscle pain throughout my body. I work out really hard in the gym and just really been getting bad aches. I know it s nothing serious as such but sometimes it gets so bad I m scared of going to the gym and with a gym membership to uphold I have little choice and know I need to work through said aches! I don t like taking tablets but to get me through, from time to time I do take pain killers and the other day was one of them days. I was actually on my way to the gym and had a few errands to run on route. During that time my back started to really play up so half a hour before going to the gym I nipped into Sainsbury s and picked up a box...
