	Eurax cream ... usually have a tube of this kicking around for patches of contact dermatitis I get from washing up liquid or from exposing my hands to the sun. I get very itchy scaly patches across my fingers and they itch and burn like mad. I buy mine from Boots for about £3.50 and only usually buy the small tube as it lasts ages. You apply to the itchy patches and rub in lightly (not scratch for blessed relief while applying!) then the cream gets to work. It does indeed reduce itching but I wouldn t say it stops it altogether, and it depends on the cause of the itching in my opinion. 	Eurax cream ... every now and then, I get an outburst of eczema. Normally it follows the start of ongoing stress, and very rapidly it will spread from around my wrists, to the back of my knees and around the sides of my nose. I have tried many "solutions" before, E45 HC cream was a last resort as the skin which gets effected is always the fragile types and the HC component of the cream will thin the skin further, not sure exactly what would happen but I dont fancy walking around for the next 70 years with red raw wrists and holes in my face. So I thought of trying Calamine Lotion, Aloe Vera, exfoliating then spathering with either TCP, Savalon or Germaloid,...
