... ve got a mad cold that is absolutely doing my head in now, after a crappy couple of days I m left with a bit of a sore throat and a snuffly nose and horrible as that is I do feel loads better than I did. Now I m taking plain paracetamol and also using a variety of Lockets and Tunes because they do make my symptoms better and these Cherry flavoured Tunes are delish as well. They come in little boxes that remind me of a fag packet and that shows how long it s been since I ve needed to buy anything for a cold because they used to come in a normal packet like Lockets. The Tunes aren t individually wrapped but that s ok because none of them have stuck together in the box....

I decided upon a packet of Tunes which, and I always remember this from an advert, help you breathe more easily. This apparently is still the case as on my packet of tunes there is a little symbol saying BREATHE with some arrows to indicate that it gets your breathing mechanism working again. The Tunes I purchased were the cherry menthol flavour. They are described as cherry menthol sweets with real fruit juice and sweeteners.
