As with many of us on this site I am not getting younger and am approaching my fourties with alarming speed. The onset of age is usually accompanied by many tendencies including the tendency of experiencing various body pains, including back pains. Unfortunately for me I am a little overweight and do not do much exercise, which is something that I intend to address soon (I’ve been saying this for the last four years).
