Clarityn Allergy Tablets ... allergy tablets are used to treat hay fever and other allergies. They contain loratadine which is the non-drowsy antihistamine active ingredient. It is quickly absorbed and can help to relieve the symptoms of some allergies. I use this medicine to relieve my hay fever symptoms (such as sneezing, runny nose and itchy, burning eyes) although these can be used to treat any allergic response including allergic skin conditions such as rash, itching or hives. I find a combination effect treats my hay fever, these tablets alone don t quite hit all of the symptoms at once. I still need to use eye drops and a nasal spray. Benadryl Plus ... my head is exploding! If you suffer from allergies, you might know that feeling. You know, when your nose resembles a tap, your eyes are too big for their sockets, you have that awful itch deep down inside your ears and at the back of your throat where you can t get at it, and you wish you could just get out of your head and go somewhere else? I generally take Loratadine on a daily basis to keep the itches and sneezes at bay - well, during the summer and when about to visit friends with animals, anyway. Opticrom Allergy Eye Drops ... was originally prescribe Opticrom by my GP about 10 years ago when I suffered from an eye infection which was bought on by an allergy to nail resin. It didnt help at the time that I had only recently qualified as a nail technician, so was a little annoyed to say the least. Opticrom is a clear colourless allergy eye drop that comes in a 5ml bottle. It contains the active ingredient Sodium Cromoglicate 2.0% w/v which provides soothing relief for itchy allergy eyes.
