I have been using this for quite a while now and believe it to be good stuff because of the aloe veras detoxing properties. It can help with indigestion and inflammation of the joints. after watching you are what you eat i purchased the book to accompany the series and one of the things she reccommend is to take aloe vera juice to detox and cleanse the body. i followed her advice and bought the above from a well known health food store. it was expensive but i thought at the time worth it. i took the dose as stated on the packet and cleanse me it did. i spent the next few hrs on the lav. it certainly helped me to detox but the action was far too drastic. it wasnt gentle or kind to my body but it did cleanse me out. too scared to try it again incase i had same severe and very embarrasing reaction. sorry gillian but detox with aloe vera is not for ...  Read the complete review
