Advantages: lot lots of different uses

Disadvantages: expensive

I have been using this for quite a while now and believe it to be good stuff because of the aloe veras detoxing properties. It can help with indigestion and inflammation of the joints. So can be very helpful for elderly people or even sports men and women.
It can generally keep for a month but best kept in the fridge because it can go off quick

Try buying it in sale as it can be expensive
