This aloe vera gel is derived from the aloe vera plant, as the name suggests.

When the aloe vera plant is cut and the fleshy stem separated, a gel like goo is exposed. This gel, almost 100 % of it, is the main ingredient used in this product along with essential ingredients added to make it into a usable cream like gel.

It is colourless, perfume free and suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin.
It can be used for many skin conditions, including dry skin, eczema, minor burns, sunburn and stretch marks.

The gel itself has a calm and cooling effect on the skin. It absorbs into the skin easily without leaving the skin feeling greasy.
I found regular application of the gel helped alleviate the itchiness that occurs with severe eczema. Obviously, everyone is different and it may not work like this for everyone. But IF there is a slight chance that this may help, it is worth trying. Especially since it is available at around £5 for a 200ml tube.
Highly recommended. Regular applications are advised, as it tends to dry out due to it being grease free. Still worth every penny.
