This is a very strong antihistamine cream which you can buy over the counter. This cream is a must for the summer months. It is a white cream with a pleasant smell used for the treatment of insect bites, stings, nettle rash and general itching.

I found it very effective for prickly heat, it offers relief from the itching straight away.

I also used it a lot towards the end of my pregnancy. Many women get severe all over itching when they are heavily pregnant, and this cream is excellent for soothing it. It should not be used for treating eczema or on broken skin though.
