This may be an embarrasing problem for alot of people but I must advise not to leave it to dissaper on its own it is painful.

This cream is an aid to help with the pain and discomfort of piles. Most peole will suffer from this condition thoughout their life. Mine is due to two things pregnancy and iron tablets not a good mixture. I was told that this was the best cream on the market and that it would help.

Unfortunatley piles have to go on their own the cream is only there to try and take down some of the swelling and ease the itching and pain so that you are able to sit down.

This cream can be used for the internal and external piles. There is a tube that can be attached to the end of the cream tube to be able to insert up the back passage to help with the internal swelling and then can be removed to be able to deal with the external iching and discomfort.

The easy to read and understand lable is great and will give you some helpful tips on how to ease some of the pain naturally. It costs around £3 a tube from any leading pharmacy but I would not advice to buy this brand at all. I tried to use it for 3 days the iching was still uncontrolable and it didnt seem to be taking the swelling down at all. It was the fact that the iching would not go that put me off this product because I was still getting so much discomfort and being pregnant it is the last thing that is needed.

Summary: try a different relif from anal pain
