To warm them up you simply pop them in the microwave for one and a half minutes with a cup of hot water, I'm not really sure why you need the cup of water in there but that's what it says to do! I'm not sure if the wrap I have is this actual make as I don't have the packaging any more, although it look's the same but a different colour. Mine is a pink and black leopard print and a fleecy material. I bought this in place of a hot water bottle, well, I tell a lie... I bought it just because I wanted too lol! It is a simply a long bag filled with wheat and lavender which can be placed on or around the shoulders for example to warm you up or can help ease aches and pains.
