Advantages: Cheap, do the job, would last a long time, soft

Ive unfortunately had a really bad cold the past few days and was in Asda today looking for some tissues to buy. As im trying to tighten the purse strings and save money i thought i would buy these Asda Smart Price Facial Tissues.

A box of these costs only 25p! I think this is an amazing price as some boxes of tissues could cost you ten times this amount.

The tissues are white and one box contains 150 tissues x 2 ply. The sheet size of each tissue is 210mm x 200mm. I popped these into my shopping basket and was using them as soon as i got into the car.

They are quite absorbent and soft but not as soft as some better brands of tissue like Kleenex.

The packaging of the tissues is actually very boring. As they are smart price tissues, the packaging is no frills and is a white box with the words "White tissues" across the front in green.

I wasnt really expecting the box to be very fancy for such a low price.

I think these tissues are good value for money but not very good if you have a bad cold and are using them constantly for a few days.

I think they would dry out the skin on your nose very quickly and make it quite sore. I will continue to buy them as the price is unbeatable!
