I tend to buy Asprin, as a form of pain relief, and I use them as relief for knee joint aches and pains as they act as an anti-inflammatory and help reduce swelling in these areas. They are widely available in most off the counter shelves in local supermarkets, and own brands are cheap to purchase no more than 30p for a packet although these days they are limited to the amount you may purchase. When I had a very bad sore throat which wouldn't go away, I tried the usual throat lozenges, medicine etc. Nothing helped the symptom was still there, because I was going on my holidays I wanted to solve this problem quickly .
