I have never been the best sleeper in the world, i am fine once i get to sleep and dont have any problems staying asleep but find it very difficult to fall to sleep at bed time, being pregnant has limite the items i can use to help with this and almost all pills are out of the question so when i spotted this in the avon book i decided that for £1.50 on special offer it was well worth a try and if it didnt work i hadnt wasted a fortune on it.

This comes in a very handy sized small 10ml tub, it is ideal for taking on holidays with you and would fit easily into your pocket for use on a flight, it looks very nice on a bed side cabinet and has a good secure lid to stop any leaks.

I dont realy know how to describe this, it is lavender scented which is known for being a calming and sleep inducing scent, the balm itself is like a hard wax that i would usually associate with a solid perfume and is not greasy to the touch like i expected it to be.

You apply this to your temples and wrists to help induce sleep, i have very sensative skin and have had no adverse reactions to this which is great,

I was very shocked at how well this worke as i wasnt expecting it too, i definately think the scent of it makes me feel a lot more relaxed which is helping me to get to sleep a lot quiker than i used to which is great, the smell lasts a while and can still be smelt through the night which is good as i suppose it is keeping me relaxed wholst asleep making me get a more restful nights sleep.

I would definately recomend this.
