Advantages: It does what it says on the tin!, non-greasy.

I bought this a few months back for my partner as he has great difficulty in getting to sleep most nights, which also results in me having greatt difficulty getting to sleep to!! If he's not fidgiting and kicking his feet around, he's dragging the duvet off me (grrrrrr)!

I only paid £1 for it but it's usually priced at £2.50. You get a little 10ml tub of a white coloured balm. I can't quite describe the scent, there isn't a strong smell of anything but there is something..... Quite a nice smell though all the same!

You just rub a little into your temples and wrists and it claims to help you drift off to sleep. It actually does work! Within 15 minutes of my partner using it he started yawning....... result!! That night he had a great night sleep.....coincidently so did I!

II had to try it the next night and it worked in the same way for me too, my 8 year old boy wanted to try a bit, and I had my doubts about anything sending him off to sleep as he is usually up all night playying his xbox!! (very sneaky he is! pretends to sleep then creeps around putting things back on!) Within 30 minutes of my boy using it he was actually fast asleep!! He woke bright and early the next morning and said it was the best nights sleep he had ever had!! He uses it quite regularly now and we get to have peaceful nights!

In the morning you don't feel sluggish, just nicely relaxed and fresh!

The balm is non-greasy too, so you aren't left with greasy patches on your head and arms and none on your pillows eiither!!

If you suffer insomnia or are just restless I would highly recommend using this, it's better than starting with any medication, atleast if you try it and it doesn't work for you, you haven't wasted lot's of money!

Summary: A great sleeping aid, definatly worth a try.
