I'm a chronic hayfever sufferer - and Beconase really does help relieve the symptoms. I suffer from grass pollen primarily, but when I'm taking Beconase every day, the symptoms are greatly reduced - no blocked up or runny nose - even my eyes don't get irritated so much. It also works well to slightly ease congestion when I'm already bunged up and feeling congested. I find it best to use a couple of squirts in each nostril - I notice the difference when I haven't dosed up as much. The bottle is slightly annoying in that when you're getting low on spray, the nozzle doesn't squirt very well, so it's difficult to actually get spray into your nasal passages. It also means you waste a few sprays trying to get it to work before you actually put it up your nose. However, it is the most effective nasal spray I have tried, and my summer life would be miserable if I didn't use it!
