I have been using this nasal spray for years as I have always suffered on and off from hayfever.

Beconase can be bought both over the counter and on prescription. I usually have a PPC card so I buy mine on prescription.

You simply spray the spray into both nostrils morning and night, or as required. My dosage is two puffs into each nostril twice a day. The spray is easy to use and it's more effective than using tablets as the spray hits the nasal passages straight away. I find the spray easy to use and it works well. I use it as soon as I wake up so it protects me from dust and pollen all day long. It also helps with itchy eyes and pet allergies. I am allergic to fur and with this spray I can go near furry animals without worrying about my nose. This is useful as I happen to have my own furry animal! The spray is really long lasting and it helps me to get on with my day without worrying too much about having a hayfever/ allergy attack.

I find that one bottle of 200 metered doses lasts ages. I sometimes forget to take it but the previous dose protects me for around 48 hours so I don't worry too much if I happen to miss a dose of it. Beconase is around £4 per spray bottle but I would recommend it. It works and it doesn't have any nasty side effects. You can sometimes taste it in your mouth but this soon disappears.

A recommended hayfever medication. Great for allergies too.
