It is a nasal spray which you obviously put up your nose and squirt, according to the instructions.

I have been told that you are meant to use it throughout the hayfever season to prevent the hayfever onset however I don’t like using any medicine much and hence just use it when I find that my hayfever is at its worse and it certainly helps to lessen the symptoms. I believe that if you take it all through the season it has much better results.

I have tried a number of hayfever remedies but always come back to this one which I find works very well.
