The autumn and winter is the time for coughs and colds and it isn't always possible to simply lie on the sofa until you start to feel better. Some medicines do make us feel drowsy which for me is completely useless during the day as I have a three year old who not only loves attention but also needs supervision. I have for a couple of years used Beechams all in one liquid for frequent occasions I have been struck down with a cold but then I discovered that there was an alternative tablet form. This product is apparently designed to make people feel better from chesty coughs, sore throats and blocked noses and at the time when I was working out if these might work I was left angry when they failed to deliver on all accounts. You have 16 capsules and at the time this was on promotion and I love saving money regardless if the item is not that fantastic but this item had Beechams and they are usually pretty good. Both adults and children can use these tablets but only children over the age of 12 years of age and are to take two tablets every 4 hours and all 8 should not to be taken within 24 hours. So I took the recommended ... Read the complete review

I am currently full of a cold and yesterday I was on a twelve hour shift at work so my mum advised me to pick up some of the Beechams All In One tablets as she takes them when she has a cold and they work great. On the way into work I called into the pharmacy and picked up a pack and arriving at work I immediately took two and had my fingers crossed that my awful cold symptoms would subside! The pack of the tablets is a bold one, the background is pale and dark blue with a striking orange and yellow circle in the centre showing arrows which I assume is the process of the symptoms easing. There are two large capsules shown on the front also so you can see ... Read the complete review
