I have been using Beechams Ralgex Spray for years,due to my job as a nursing auxilliary,which entails a lot of lifting. Sometimes no matter how good you lift people,you will more often than not suffer with aching back muscles. Which is why I use this spray.Just apply to the aching area and almost straight away,you feel a gentle warming,which increases and penetrates deep into the muscles.But be warned dont over spray as I first did,as the warming becomes a burning which is extremely uncomfortable,believe me.
