Due to my physical job, as well as my personal interest in fintess, having sore muscles is common for me. I used to use muscle relaxing bath crystals etc, but i needed something for just before training as well as just after. Thats when i discovered Beechams Ralgex Spray. Its simple to use and very effective.

As soon as the sore area is sprayed, a warm, relieving sensation is felt, greatly easing the pain. The spray absorbs into you muscles, and also helps the process of them repairing if torn or pulled. Its great to help your muscles warm up too just before exercise, as well as in the morning when you feel the pain at its most.

The only disadvantages is probably the odour which is strong, but i didnt find this product's too bad. Overspraying can be very uncomfortable, so make sure you read the guidlines. And never apply to damaged or dry skin as it will only make the condition worse.

I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers from aches and pains as it is very effective, easy to use at a very low cost.
