At some point in life, we all suffer with aches and pains, and sometimes we get the ones that just will not go away! I recently had problems like this myself, as I had a cracked rib and I needed some extra help to relax the muscles so I could get some decent sleep. I was given some Bells muscle rub by a friend to help relax the muscles alongside the use of painkillers and was told it was basically a budget version of Deep Heat and it was a good idea to use it. I have picked up a few different heat rubs for my hubby as he suffers with back pain quite frequently, this is just one of the many I have bought and in all honesty I can't remember where I bought this particular one but it may well have been in Poundland. It comes in a slim cardboard box which is exactly as the picture shows and the tube is coloured exactly the same too. The tube have a sealed end which needs piercing with the tip of the lid, just like many other products. Heat rubs are great as they don't require you to keep taking pain killers, they work by heating up the area where the cream is applied and the heat aids relaxation and eases ...
