Although I haven't tried this exact product (the tablets) I do use Bioforce St John's Wort Fresh Herb Extract in tincture form. I bought it as a tincture in the first place so I could try it on my son (who has ADHD / Asperger's) and tends to suffer with terrible mood swings and aggression. Although it took it once or twice he made such a bloody great fuss about the taste I ended up stopping trying to give him it.
