I go to physical therapy twice a week for my back; I'm not that spring chicken anymore. When my session was over I saw some free samples in 5 gram packages so I took four of them. The next day we did a mulching job from hell on this 2 acre estate in Potomac Maryland. By that afternoon rolling in my right tricep and back were tightening up rock hard so I went to the truck and grabbed all 4 packets. This BioFreeze is greaseless and stainless so you won't ruin any clothing. The 4 ounce tubes fit well in the hand and once you take the cap off, it comes out looking like mushy jello. You will definitely feel more on areas that are sensitive to you already like under your arm, your inner thighs or even behind your calf. Rubbing each area vigorously fires up that menthol as it penetrates your skin. Main 3 warnings, don't use on a open wound, don't bandage the area in use. Please keep this away from anyone younger than 2 years old. Overall, I use this BioFreeze as a temporary relief when I'm on the job, wash your hands after each use.
