I tried this food supplement as part of my diet after another Dooyooer recommended it but I only used it for three days before I gave it up as a bad job.

The tablets cost £11.99 and there were 40 in the jar. The idea is that you take these pills which are made from apple cider vinegar each day and they help you with your diet by making you feel less hungry. Your stomach is supposed to feel full.

I took my first one at nine in the morning and by ten o'clock I had such bad stomach pain that I had to take some antacid medicine. It was a good hour before I felt any better.

If you are prone to stomach ulcers or bothered with stomach acid these pills might not suit you.
