Bional Magnesium and Calcium is a blend of minerals and vitamins in tablet form. You need to take calcium along with the magnesium as these two work together. This combination will help stop the twitching and relieve stress.

It may take a couple of weeks for this preparation to work properly. It needs this time to get into your system. The manufacturers recommend a three week course to start with and you can decide how many a day to take for yourself after this. This is because this product is a food supplement and not a medicine.
