Arnica bruise relief On a recent quad biking experience, Little Miss managed to crash into a tree and fall down a ditch. I first bought this cream when I was in the later stages of pregnancy with my son. I had read somewhere that Arnica cream can be used to reduce perineum bruising following childbirth. As a first time mum who was anxious enough about childbirth anything that would help me recover was bought especially as this seemed preferable to sitting on a cushion for a few weeks. Anyway one caesarean section later this was consigned to the bathroom cabinet for future use.
