I have often heard people speak of the miracles that Arnica cream can work although I never felt I had a need to buy some for myself. However, I have recently had my cast removed that was sheltering my poor broken foot to discover that it is still terribly bruised, swollen and bloomin sore! I first bought this cream when I was in the later stages of pregnancy with my son. I had read somewhere that Arnica cream can be used to reduce perineum bruising following childbirth. As a first time mum who was anxious enough about childbirth anything that would help me recover was bought especially as this seemed preferable to sitting on a cushion for a few weeks. Anyway one caesarean section later this was consigned to the bathroom cabinet for future use.
