The idea with bronchial cough medicines is that they break up the phlegm on your chest so you can get rid of it. so the weird thing about this cough mixture is it is supposed actually to make you cough more, in a funny sort of way. hey are very good if you have that sort of cough which is the leftover of a cold where stuff is sitting on your chest.
