Sometimes, due to various ailments your body gets really dehydrated and you spend a little while recovering until you catch up with yourself. Sometimes dehydration is very serious and medical assistance is needed as you can end up being hospitalised, so please do not take my word for anything here and read the instructions thoroughly yourself, or seek medical advice from either the doctor or the pharmacist. Boots rehydration sachets cost £2.79 for six sachets so it works out just under fifty pence per sachet. They come in a cardboard box, with paper instructions, so the packaging is all 100% recyclable. I have used the Boots Rehydration Treatment sachets on several occasions and so its something I usually have in my medicine cabinet for those occasions when I need it. They are very inexpensive, costing just £2.20 for six sachets - which works out as 37p per sachet. This sounds like good value to me and certainly is less expensive than the branded products out there on the market. We have had this particular box in our cupboard for several months now after I had to rush out and buy these for my daughter after a rather heavy drinking weekend and she needed to put the salts back into her body that she had lost. As you can see from the Dooyoo picture these come in a box containing 6 large sachets containing 4.97g. Now these are supposed to have a blackcurrant ... Read the complete review

Being an avid traveller, there are a number of medical bits and pieces which I never leave home without. These rehydration sachets from Boots are absolutely a key item in my travel first aid kit and I cannot tell you the number of times they have proved invaluable. At £2.85 for a packet containing 6 foil sachets these are great value and well worth investing in if you are off anywhere exotic. Any kind of upset stomach or diarrhoea will leave you dehydrated and the combination of natural salts and essential minerals within these sachets will quickly help to restore your bodies fluid levels - much better than water on its own. If I know I am dehydrated I will ... Read the complete review
