I LOVE the Burt's Bees products that I discovered in a little shop near where I live called One Brown Cow. I had read about these products, knew they were all natural and - a real bonus and crowd pleaser for me - not tested on animals! This is a small size tin, green with the Burt's Bees logo of Burt - who one may assume is the bee farmer. The product inside is a salve so it is harder than a cream and more solid than say Savlon. The first thing that you notice when you swizzle the lid off the tin - which can be tricky if it is jammed on or you have not completely dry hands - is the smell. Had I written this review this time last week, I would have been a lot more negative about this product, but after an unfortunate incident involving a door handle (read on!) my opinion of this product has completely changed. I got a travel sized pot of Burt's Bees Res-Q ointment in their outdoor remedy kit a couple of months back, it is probably not a product I would ever have chosen to buy individually. I think one of the main downsides of the product is working out what you are supposed to use it for!
