I remember that when I was growing up if I ever suffered an upset stomach I would always reach for the kaolin and morphine mixture that my mum would have in the medicine cupboard. When I moved out kaolin and morphine was something that I added to my medicine cupboard as I suffer stomach upsets reasonably frequently. Kaolin and morphine is basically a medicine which consists of two active ingredients which are light kaolin and morphine hydrochloride. The morphine part isn't actually a pain killer as we may well know it, but is a very small dose which is used to help stop diarrhoea.
