Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Lemon ... woke up this morning with a throat that feels like I ve gargled sand and a head full of snot on the verge of exploding. Unfortunately going back to bed and hibernating under the duvet until I feel like something vaguely resembling a human occurs. A quick raid of the bathroom cabinet revealed a haul of Calpol and other assorted fruity flavoured pharmaceuticals suitable for the under sixes. The selection for us over 6s was considerably less appealing. Cherry menthol antiseptic throat lozenges or Lemsip Max. It was a no brainer. Lemsip ... I am suffering from a cold or flu like symptoms I always buy some Lemsip. The Lemsip comes in a choice of flavours such as lemon or blackcurrant. Lemsip is basically to help with the feeling of cold or flu symptoms. It has paracetamol in it so it will help to reduce any high temperature you have as well as help with any aches and pains such as headache and things which are associated with colds and flu. The Lemsip is very easy to prepare. This is good because the last thing you feel like doing when you have cold or flu is to be messing about with different medication or tablets. Vicks VapoRub ... ve been using Vicks Vaporub for so many years. It reminds me of my childhood, with my mom who used to rub it on my chest or whenever she gave me a hot steam to make me feel better. Now 30 years later, I also do the same with my little one, as we all know how miserable it is, to have cold or stuffed up chest, especially to a child.
