Covonia cough syrup comes in three different varieties. There is the one for tickly coughs which I bought by mistake and it did me no good at all. The one for sore throats and the chesty cough variety which I am about to review. First of all, make sure that you get the right mixture for your particular cough. The 'tickly cough' one is designed to stop you coughing but if you have a chesty cough, you need to cough to clear your lungs. After my darling twins passed on their drasted colds to me the other week I stocked up on all things nice and nasty to help rid me of the snuffles and splutters, or at least make feel slightly better. One of the nasties I'd purchased were Covonia Chest Cough Mixture - Mentholated. Covonia comes in a tall, slim brown glass bottle with a white screw off plastic cap. I had 'man flu' just before Christmas. There's nothing as irritating and energy draining as a persistent cough. It makes your throat hurt, keeps you awake at night, and annoys everyone within a few hundred metres.
