Cystopurin granules are for the treatment of cystitis in women and should be dissolved into a glass of water and consumed as a drink 3 times a day for 2 days. The granules are divided up into 6 little sachets making it easy to use. The dissolved granules make a cranberry flavoured drink although it does have a bit of an aftertaste - not salty like some cystitis treatments though (which can only be a good thing!) as the product contains pottasium citrate rather than sodium citrate of some of the cheaper alternatives. Cystopurin Granules are for the treatment of cystitis in women (it specifically says in women only). Its not for children under six and you can't take it if you are pregnant or have kidney desease. All that said, it works! Cystitis is inflamation of the bladder which can sometimes affect the whole of the utrinary tract. Its a horrible condition and the main symptom, apart from the stinging, burning pain, is the need to pass water very frequently.
